State of the Union

It is currently Mother's Day, sometime around 0600 EDT, and I have just walked in the door from a visit to the Emergency Room with my Mom. I was in a piss poor mood when I went, and my mood has gotten even worse. I might not look like it, but I have a very common trait with the likes of Trump when I become extremely tired, which I am currently, and when I become extremely agitated, which yeah, you guessed it, and that is the more agitated and tired I become, the less my filter works. I am at the point that I really don't give a shit about censoring myself, so, I am going to post this later, but write it now and sleep on it.

So it begins...

In the wake of another Clinton loss, this time in Wisconsin, Clinton is now taking the Sanders campaign seriously. After allegations of voter suppression, a media blackout of the Sanders campaign, buried debates, pandering, flip flopping (she was for single payer, then against it, then for it again), nearly constant disingenuous remarks, and condescending remarks, Clinton is down to her finally options, disqualify and defeat Sanders, party unity be damned, we will unify the party later.

Since when?

This is going to be a very short entry.  Just a few questions, and I would love to have answers, I need answers.

In The News

Ah, its been a while again, live happens, just like in the movie Forrest Gump. To be honest, it has been a busy week for politics... Scandals, rumors, back stabbing, end arounds, and the like have all dominated the news. There has been a ton of fun, and not everyone is feeling it.

Bern or Bust!

I wanted to take a moment to talk about the Bern or Bust membership to talk about why I do not see Clinton as being the next best option to a Sanders Presidency. Some of this I have spoken about a handful of times, some of it I haven't. Honestly, it is not something I like discussing, its painful, it causes old wounds to ache. If I was an amnesic I wonder if I would want to seek out those memories, or if I would be all the better to not know. Why I am in the Bern or Bust crowd... I'm tired. I am a tired, angry, and frustrated liberal, who is only “a dirty socialist” because the whole nation went right on me. I actually started this little journey of mine as a moderate, who went slightly liberal before the insanity known as the tea party took over. On all those political spectrum tests, I now reside left and down of Gandhi... Basically a Social Libertarian (or liberal libertarian), who knew?

Revolution Expanded

I want to take the time to expand on something I tossed into a post the other day, that is about a political revolution. While I think that I was fairly clear about things, I just want to expand on the subject, because some people simply won't understand, and honestly, I want this spelled out like my reasons for not wanting to vote for Clinton.

Clinton on my Mind

So, the other day while I was online I came across a post in a Facebook group, and I found it amusing, and gave my typical flippant comment directed at the original poster. “Give me what I want and I'll go away.” But now that I think about it, and since it was deleted by the poster or an admin, I have become more angered by it. I would have loved to have given a picture of that post to illustrate my point, but its gone, and the memory remains.
